Have you ever watched the athletes on various sports shows perform with excellence?  Athletes such as Serena Williams, Michael Phelps, Lindsey Vonn and Usain Bolt are in peak shape.  They perform well when engaging in their respective sports, but they also perform well in their business ventures.  You don’t have to want to be in shape like them, but it is important to want to become your very best self physically.  If you want to achieve some bold and amazing goals, you must pay attention to all four of your power cores and that includes your physical core.  A big part of adopting an achiever’s mentality means taking your fitness to your best level.  Find out some of the things you can do to improve your daily workouts, while keeping it simple at the same time.  Pushing yourself when it comes to fitness will inspire you and give you the confidence to take on other challenges when it comes to achieving with boldest. Take your fitness to a bold new level this year and watch other areas of your life start to thrive.  You can design your perfect life when you decide to take charge of your fitness.
